The item I received is extremely defective and unusable, what can I do?

Please send photos of the item you have received, highlighting the damage/defect, to the Customer Service team at [email protected] so that we can look into this for you and advise further.

The item I received is missing a strap/belt, can I receive a replacement?

We are unable to send out a replacement item as this is how we received the item prior to sale and would be the reason for the heavy discount - you can either keep the item or return it back to us by logging the return on our returns portal.
